The world of event marketing and experience marketing is currently at a clear turning point. In times of information overload, channel fragmentation, and fierce competition for audience attention, events are becoming one of the last spaces where brands can truly meet people — authentically, sensorially, and emotionally.
It is from this need that the trendbook “PULS: The Rhythm of Brands and Experience Marketing” was created — our first report, developed as a result of many years of observing changes in the world of events, communication, and experiences.
The publication was created in collaboration with Dr Karolina Kosyna — an anthropologist of virtuality and trend researcher, who has been analysing social and cultural transformations for years, both in physical and digital spaces. Her academic expertise and research experience helped capture the deeper context of these changes and translate them into practical recommendations.
The trendbook “PULS” is not a catalogue of inspiration. It is a strategic tool for brands that want to consciously build relationships with their audiences, create communities around shared values, and use trends in a deliberate and meaningful way.
The publication identifies four key directions of change in communication and experience marketing:
IMMERSION — full immersion in the experience
MULTIDIMENSIONALITY — one medium is no longer enough
THE SENSORY BRAND — a brand you can feel
SHIFT IN POWER — redefining luxury and values
Each trend is explored both academically and practically — including descriptions of phenomena, references to research, insights, case examples, and recommendations for the industry. The report is based on netnographic methods, participant observation, and in-depth interviews.
As the authors emphasise, contemporary marketing can no longer be noise — it must become a ritual of encounter. An experience that engages all the senses, not just sight. In a world of overstimulation and information overload, brands should not simply be more visible or louder — they must be wisely and meaningfully present.
