An event for one of our regular clients – Professor Zagorski’s OCHO Medical Group. For another year in a row, we had the pleasure of organizing the hybrid 3rd International Training Conference, titled “The Training of the World. “A New Look at Ophthalmology.”
This edition attracted more than 120 in-person attendees and as many as 300 online; it included 20 papers, eight of which were delivered by international experts. We are proud to see this project grow in strength year after year and to be able to contribute to it

Our tasks mainly included:
– Preparation of the visual setting of the event;
– Recording of live treatments carried out in clinics in Nałęczów, Kraków and Nowy Sącz;
– Provision of comprehensive technical support;
– Design of the event’s web platform with technical support;
– Ticket sales with on-site support;
– Broadcasting of the event
– Set design and branding of the event;
– Logistics of accommodation;
– Coordination of catering.
– Coordination of accompanying events (sightseeing tours, dinners)
